“ I love rolled tacos! I've tried them all over AZ. So far, Sol Azteca has the best rolled tacos. I love the salsa bar, so many different kinds! The rice and beans are always really good too! ”
“ On our way back home after a club tournament day and we were starving. This was the only seemingly decent non fast food restaurant in the area....what a diamond in the rough! I had their lunch plate with a beef enchilada and stuffed chili. My husband tried the tacos. The interior could use a little updating on decor, but don't let that deter you. Huge portions, very tasty, salsa bar, and quick service. Definitely try this spot! ”

“ Updating my review since it's been a few years and I've been back many times since the last one. The horchata is still a favorite and they've made some changes to the menu, including making the digital version MUCH more legible (I've got "old man eyes," but the font and color scheme now is significantly easier to read than it was before) The Mole Poblano is consistently fantastic and service was fast and friendly. While it is never really crowded when we've been there, it does seem to keep busy, including a good amount of take-out business. The salsas at the bar are flavorful and offer a good variety of tastes and spice levels. ”

I had a coworker meet me here and it was definitely worth the switch up. You order at the counter, great for lunch because everything comes out very quickly and is very fresh. I was super pleased with the salad and the crispy shell was amazingly perfect. My friend ordered the quesadilla they recommended. It was really large, probably shareable. The tortilla it came in was better than standard and so perfect. They also have a salsa bar, which I planned to try and didn't need it because the flavors were so on point. ”
